I would like to congratulate Salthill Devon on winning the under 13 (legal )league , they won it deservadly so as they were they top team that did not play a man on the team well done Devon and also well done to the other 7 legal teams in the division !
If any one on the forum wants to see what mixed football looks like ie adult and kids on the same ...

i'll pick the players who have impressed me the most,bearing in mind i've only seen some of the selections 3 or 4 times this season.

west beat mervue B 2nite to qualify for the last 8,wasn't at the game,i believe west rested alot of players and were nearly caught on the hop by a mervue side who deserved something out of the game.west are now at home to either blues our mervue A in the last 8.

not 100% sure either but i heard that even if Renmore won yesterday (and stayed up ) they wont have a junior A team next season....

Whats happening to junior soccer ???.... its only a couple of seasons ago the league lost Crescent, and now the possibility of another city club dropping out

Junior soccer is now just a pub league and most clubs are struggling to put teams out on a Sunday morning .Sad to see Renmore go down but it has been coming for a few seasons now ,they have been struggling for a while.Likewise I have heard they will have no Junior team next season .

Lads it just adds to the argument re Sat football for the upper leagues and Sun football for the lesser lights , when you see the likes of Renmore considering not entering Junior league, a club i felt were synonymous with immortality............. Exclamation
