west beat mervue B 2nite to qualify for the last 8,wasn't at the game,i believe west rested alot of players and were nearly caught on the hop by a mervue side who deserved something out of the game.west are now at home to either blues our mervue A in the last 8.

After 35 yrs in existance , which they celebrate on the 18th of July , Tuam have given the go ahead for a ladies team to play a friendly on that day . Its a fun day culminating in a black tie event in the evening.
Yours truly has been giving the easy job ???? of preparing a squad of non playing football ladies, in a game i hope to organise with one of the existing Ladies League teams .
Any team interested in taking part in this historical occasion please pm me with details and prefferred choice of time for game ???? Thanks.

Amazing what can happen in a year ...this time last year a bunch of overall dressing lesbians were supposed to travel to culchanabubbleen for a game , now buddy as minister for Tuam tourism has managed to get the contents of the nude calender game down there ! Progress ....... will thay erect something down there for ya .......in Tuam that is ... santa

Are they size 4 or 5 "s sham ???????

All i can say is this is mainly down to the persistance of Mary Drummer , and wether its u7s to Juniors or Ladies , they will get the same passion from the bould Danny C and myself . The future of T.C ladies soccer could hinge on the interest and performance shown .......dont expect to win Wink but a good display if we get numbers will do ??? Looking foward to it with great anticipation esp the uncovering of gg"s legs ??? cheers

The way its going we could probably field 2 teams if they all turn up. Yet to appear in Tuam Herald this week . If they are half the players than the interest shown , we will do alright . Would like to continue this past the 18th with other challenges to keep interest alive and making it into ladies league next season ????Then again we will have to wait till first training session next week to see the turn-out??? cheers

Well memberships vary from club to club, but for what we pay,€60,we get to reline our pitch ourselves, thanks Noel,we get to physically move our goals to the newly lined pitch and we change in our cars cos the dressing rooms are too far away,we got our own jerseys, thanks Mike. I hope you can do better than that in Tuam Neutral

We had 22 people turn up for the training session today and we had a couple of texts saying people couldn't make it, so in regards numbers, it's fantastic.
The quality of the players that turned up was even better!

I knew all along the interest was there, just had to get an interest from the guys at the top and I have got to thank Buddy for helping me. I got it rolling but it had slowed down and then Buddy gave it one good push and I can see it rolling for years!

The manager and coach, top class! Wink All positive talk and I think the girls responded to that. So much so, when it was suggested to leave training til next week, girls asked for it to be on Thursday, Oxegen or no Oxegen!

Personally, I'm a happy camper! Very Happy
