west beat mervue B 2nite to qualify for the last 8,wasn't at the game,i believe west rested alot of players and were nearly caught on the hop by a mervue side who deserved something out of the game.west are now at home to either blues our mervue A in the last 8.

This is an age group that needs effort put into to sort it out or else scrap it . Devon will win it , Mervue second Hibs third and Knocknacarra will finnish fourth with no points - bit like this farce no point in having it . Lets see how long it takes to be run off . At least Hibs and Knocknacarra have the balls to enter it and play against the best two sides in Galway - the rest in the b section - who cares

What division though ? the b is totally crap , no point putting a decent side into a b div surely ? If they want to find out how good they are they have to play against the best .

Reffed a super side last Sat in Oughterard , who beat Oranmore 9-3 , with some cracking football and goals . Good manager in Liam Beswick. Previously came back from 3-1 down to pip TC 4-3 late in game . Very good side........
